Why do my Medicare supplement premiums increase?

Medicare supplement rate increases usually average 3% to 10% per year simply due to inflation and the rising cost of healthcare.  Insurance companies must increase premiums to cover the increase claims costs.

Should I take my Social Security retirement benefit right away at age 62?
